does sugarcane juice reduce acidity - #25303
I am really struggling with this nagging acidity thing for a while now. I used to think it was just something I could ignore, but lately, I get these awful burning sensations in my stomach and throat after meals. It’s super uncomfortable, ugh! I tried over-the-counter antacids and they help a bit but not for long. A friend told me about this wonder drink, sugarcane juice, and said it might help with acidity. Like, does sugarcane juice reduce acidity? I’m curious if it really works or if it’s just another one of those gimmicks. I drink a lot of water but I dont like popping pills too often. Also, does sugarcane juice reduce acidity like, instantly, or do I have to drink it regularly? I imagine it would taste sweet and nice, but can it actually help with the burning? It's kind of important for me to know since I've started to seriously limit my spicy food intake and I'm getting tired of bland meals. Please, if anyone has experiences or insights on does sugarcane juice reduce acidity, hit me up! Trying to find something that actually gives me relief, ya know?
