I am really curious about how do you know if you have a fast metabolism. I've been feeling like I'm always hungry and, like, no matter how much I eat, I just don't seem to gain any weight. It’s kinda driving me crazy! A few months ago, I started working out more, thinking that would help me gain some muscle, but I still feel like I’m burning everything away. My friends joke that I can eat a mountain of food and stay the same weight, but I dunno, is that normal? Sometimes, I feel jittery after meals too, like my heart races a bit, which freaks me out sometimes. I thought maybe I should get my thyroid checked, right? But then again, how do you know if you have a fast metabolism in the first place? Is it just about feeling hungry all the time, or what? I did some online research and found some stuff about how do you know if you have a fast metabolism based on your energy levels and digestion, but none of it seems to fit my experience. I really want to understand if I should be worried about this or if it’s just my body type. Any advice from you all would be super helpful!
