I am trying to figure out this thing with wild yam cream and weight. Last year, I noticed I was gaining weight for no reason, even though my eating habits hadn't changed much. Out of desperation, I started looking into different remedies and stumbled upon this wild yam cream that some websites claim can help with weight loss. But, does wild yam cream help with weight loss? I’ve been using it for a couple of months now, slathering it on my skin daily and, honestly, haven't seen that much of a difference. Some friends say it has helped them, but others are like, "Nah, it’s just a gimmick!" I had my thyroid checked and it's fine, but I still feel tired all the time and I'm worried my metabolism may be slow. Does wild yam cream help with weight loss, or is it just a placebo effect? I hate to waste my time on something that may not even work, but I thought maybe I should give it a chance?! Anyone else experience this wild yam cream thing? Should I stick with it longer or look for something else? Any advice would be super helpful!
