I am really curious about whether I can drink abc juice at night because I’ve been hearing mixed stuff lately. A few weeks ago, I started blending abcs juice for breakfast since it's super healthy and I thought it would give me a nice boost. I mean, it’s packed with vitamins, right? Anyway, I’ve been feeling more energetic after having it in the morning, but now my friend is saying if I drink abc juice at night, it might mess with my sleep. Like, I didn't think of that. Last night, I had a glass after dinner and then struggled to fall asleep. It felt like I was wired! I always thought juice was a safe drink, like how could abc juice at night be a bad idea?
