I am really worried about some issues I've been having after I started including finger millet in my diet. I thought it was super healthy – packed with nutrients and all that. I began eating it a few weeks ago because I wanted to boost my fiber intake, but now I’m experiencing some weird digestive problems. Like, I’ve felt bloated and kinda gassy after meals, which isn’t fun at all. I read somewhere about finger millet side effects but didn’t think it would affect me like this. I mean, I’ve also noticed some weird skin rashes popping up too, and I'm wondering if they could be related to this whole finger millet side effects thing? I thought it was all good for health, but now I'm unsure. Did any of you guys experience finger millet side effects after starting? You're supposed to eat it for better health, right? What are the common finger millet side effects? Should I stop eating it altogether or is it just my body getting used to it? I wanna know before I do anything drastic!
