I am kinda confused about the whole benefit of eating curd thing. My grandma used to say it's like magic for digestion, but I never really paid attention, you know? Last month, though, after feeling super bloated and having kind of irregular bowel movements, I thought maybe I should give it a shot. I started eating curd daily, and now I’m kinda wondering if I’m seeing results. Like, does the benefit of eating curd work better with certain foods? And should I eat it plain or mix it with fruits or something? I also read somewhere that curd can help with gut health, but is that true for everyone, or just for people with specific issues? I feel like my skin's clearing up a bit too, which is weird? Does the benefit of eating curd include anything for skin or energy? I rly want to understand if I’m on the right track with incorporating curd into my diet.
