I am really curious about red rice side effects. A few weeks ago, I started trying out this new diet, and I've been eating a lot of red rice because I heard it’s super healthy and helps with cholesterol. I thought, great, I’ll boost my nutrition! But then, a couple of days in, I started feeling a bit off. First, I noticed some stomach cramps that kind of caught me off guard, then I had this strange heaviness in my chest. I’m like, is this normal? Should I blame the red rice side effects? I tried looking it up, but I kept finding mixed info. Some people were raving about it while others mentioned these side effects that made me wonder. Like, do red rice side effects usually hit people hard or what? I also read about headaches that can happen...could that be from all the red rice I’ve been having? Maybe it's too much fiber? Ugh, anyone else feel like this after eating red rice? My friend was recommending it like it’s a miracle food, but now I’m questioning it big time. What do you docs think?
