I am kind of puzzled and need your help! So, I’ve been talking to my grandma a lot lately and she keeps mentioning this snack she loves called Makhanas. I was like, what is makhana called in english? It’s this puffed snack that she says is super healthy and good for the heart, but I wanted to find out what it is in english, you know?
