I am really curious about something that's been on my mind for a while. I always hear different opinions on whether is it ok to eat fruits at night or not. I mean, I love snacking on fruits, especially after dinner, but my friend says it’s a bad idea because of sugar. Just last week, I had a late-night craving for some watermelon and berries, and honestly, I felt guilty indulging. I didn’t want to mess up my health goals. I’ve tried looking up guidelines online, and there are articles that say is it ok to eat fruits at night, while others swear it’s a no-go if you want to sleep well. But then again, I read somewhere that fruits can actually help with digestion! There’s this point I’m really confused about: is it ok to eat fruits at night if I’m watching my weight or trying to stay healthy? I mean, I love my smoothies, and a little late-night snack of papaya would be so nice instead of chips, right? What do you all think? Should I just cut out fruits in the evening altogether?
