Hello
Aapke symptoms—chakkar aana, haath-pairon mein severe dard, padhai ke dauraan neend aana, aur periods ka late hona—yeh sab milkar kuch important health issues ki taraf ishara karte hain. Yeh problems aksar stress, nutritional deficiencies (jaise iron, vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium), ya hormonal imbalance (jaise thyroid ya PCOS) ki wajah se ho sakte hain.
### Sambhavit Karan - Iron ya Vitamin Deficiency: Iron, vitamin D, B12 ki kami se thakan, dard, chakkar, aur periods irregular ho sakte hain. - Hormonal Imbalance: Thyroid ya PCOS jaise hormonal problems bhi yeh symptoms de sakte hain. - Stress aur Lifestyle: UPSC ki tayari ka stress, kam physical activity, aur sahi diet na lena bhi asar karta hai.
### Kya Karna Chahiye? 1. Doctor se Blood Test Karwayein: CBC, iron studies, vitamin D, vitamin B12, thyroid function, aur hormonal profile jaise tests zaroori hain. 2. Diet Mein Yeh Shamil Karein: - Iron-rich foods: Palak, chana, anaar, jaggery, dal. - Vitamin D: Dhoop mein 15-20 min rahiye, dudh, dahi, anda. - B vitamins: Whole grains, anda, sprouts, nuts. - Magnesium: Badam, kaju, sabziyaan. 3. Stress Kam Karein: Rozana thoda walk, yoga, ya meditation karein. 4. Neend aur Hydration: 7-8 ghante ki neend aur din bhar mein 2-3 litre paani peena zaroori hai.
Thank you
Your symptoms of pain in your hands and legs combined with dizziness can have various causes that need attention. Since these symptoms are affecting your daily activities and you mention an impact while sitting and then getting up, there could be several potential factors at play. A common cause could be poor circulation or nerve issues, possibly related to peripheral neuropathy or a condition like arthritis. Dizziness when standing up can sometimes be related to orthostatic hypotension, where there’s a drop in blood pressure when moving from a sitting to a standing position. Please be cautious, as dizziness can lead to falls. Make sure to stand up slowly and hold onto something stable as you rise. It would be beneficial to monitor any other symptoms you might have, like swelling in the joints, tingling, numbness, or any other specific pain patterns. You should consult with a healthcare provider to perform a thorough physical exam and likely some blood tests or imaging to rule out conditions like vitamin deficiencies, especially B12 or D, thyroid issues, or diabetes that might contribute to these symptoms. While waiting for a healthcare appointment, try to maintain a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains to support overall health. Moderate physical activity like walking or gentle stretching might help in maintaining circulation but avoid overexertion. If the pain or dizziness worsens, impacts your daily function, or you notice any new symptoms, getting medical advice sooner would be wise. Avoid self-medicating without clear instruction from a healthcare professional, as some medications might not be suitable for all individuals and could cause interactions. If you experience severe dizziness, loss of balance, or any unusual neurological symptoms, seek immediate medical attention.
Your symptoms of pain in the hands and legs, dizziness when standing up after sitting for a long time, sleepiness while studying, and difficulty concentrating may be related to general weakness or nutritional deficiencies. In many cases, these symptoms are associated with Iron Deficiency Anemia, which can cause fatigue, dizziness, body pain, and poor focus. Another possible cause is Vitamin D Deficiency, which may lead to muscle and limb pain and tiredness. To improve your condition, try to eat a balanced diet that includes iron-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, lentils, beans, dates, jaggery, eggs, and meat if you eat it, along with milk, curd, nuts, and fruits for overall nutrition. Drinking enough water, getting regular sleep, and spending some time in sunlight daily can also help. If possible, basic blood tests such as hemoglobin (CBC) and vitamin D levels would help confirm the cause so that appropriate supplements can be taken under medical advice.

Hello, thank you for explaining your problem. Your symptoms might be due to fatigue, stress, lack of sleep, poor posture during study, or nutritional deficiencies. Here is my advise-
1. Try to take short breaks while studying (5–10 minutes break every 45–60 minutes).
2. Make sure you sleep 7–8 hours every night.
3. Drink enough water during the day.
4. Do light exercise or stretching for 15–20 minutes daily.
5. Maintain good sitting posture while studying.
Include foods rich in iron and vitamins such as: Green vegetables (spinach, broccoli). Fruits. Eggs. Milk and dairy products. Lentils and beans. Nuts and seeds.
Get these tests done- CBC, FT3 FT4 TSH. Review with reports.
Also, start these supplements to correct nutritional deficiencies- - Tab. Iron + Folic Acid once daily × 1 month. - Tab. Vit-D2 60k once weekly × 1 month. - Tab. B-Complex once daily × 1 month. - Review after 1 month for monitoring of response to these supplements. They are safe to take and won’t cause any harm.
See a doctor urgently if: Dizziness becomes very frequent. You faint or almost faint. Severe weakness develops.
If the cause is nutritional deficiency or fatigue, symptoms usually improve once diet, rest, and routine are corrected.
