72 tablet kab leni chahiye

Meera

I am feeling super anxious about a medication my doctor prescribed for my anxiety called 72 tablet kab leni chahiye. I don’t even remember the full name, but my clinic told me to take it once daily. The thing is, I’ve been reading online and there’s so much conflicting advice! Some say you should take it in the morning, others say at night. I kinda tried it both ways but I feel weird. Last week, I forgot to take the 72 tablet kab leni chahiye in the morning, and then I just took it before bed and woke up feeling like a zombie!! I've also been feeling more jittery than usual and not sure if it’s the med or just my anxiety acting up. When I started this medication, I was thinkin’ it would help, but now I'm doubting everything. Should I stick to a specific time for taking 72 tablet kab leni chahiye? Like, is there a best practice on when to take it to avoid the awful side effects? I really want to make sure I am doing this right, you know? Anyone else experienced this? How did you guys manage it, or did you have the same confusion about 72 tablet kab leni chahiye? Just trying to figure this out and any insights would help a ton!

Doctors' responses

It sounds like there’s some confusion around when to take your anxiety medication consistently. Generally speaking, if your doctor or clinic advised taking your medication once daily, it’s crucial to establish a routine and stick to it daily, which helps in maintaining stable blood levels of the medication, reducing side effects and enhancing efficacy. Whether it is best to take in the morning or evening can depend on how the medication affects you personally. Some people find taking anxiety medication in the morning helps to manage symptoms throughout the day, while others might prefer evening, especially if the medication causes any initial drowsiness. Feeling “like a zombie” upon waking may indicate that taking it before bed leads to lingering effects the next morning. If the medication seems to make you feel jittery or have increased anxiety, it might also suggest adjusting the timing or discussing a different medication with your doctor. Since you’ve experienced both morning and evening doses, observe which timing better minimizes side effects and maximizes symptom control. Maintain a diary of your symptoms and side effects with different dosing times, and take it to your doctor for a personalized consultation. They might adjust the dose or suggest an alternative based on your experience. Avoid making any abrupt changes without consulting, as that can offset the medication’s balance. It’s also really important not to switch timings frequently; consistency helps with assessment and management of its effects. If you continue feeling unusual effects, reach out to your healthcare provider for a detailed review, rather than relying solely on online information, to ensure the treatment aligns with your health needs and lifestyle.
