Jo aap mention kar rahi hain, yeh sleep inertia ya sleep paralysis ho sakta hai. Sleep inertia mein, insaan jab so kar uthta hai toh usse sluggish ya groggy feel hota hai, jisse session mein fully alert hone mein thoda waqt lagta hai. Yeh usually sleep cycle ke sare stages complete na hone ki wajah se hota hai, jisme aakhri stage Rapid Eye Movement (REM) sleep hoti hai. Sleep deprivation, irregular sleep schedule, ya zyada stress ki wajah se bhi yeh problem ho sakti hai. Sleep paralysis ek aur possibility hai jisme aapko hosh toh aata hai lekin apna sharir hila nahi paate. Yeh kaafi darawna ho sakta hai lekin usually harmful nahi hota. Achha sleep hygiene maintain karna zaroori hai, jaise ki ek regular sleep schedule banana, 7-9 ghante ki sehatmand neend lena, aur bedtime ke kareeb stimulating activities ya screens avoid karna. Agar problem persists karti hai ya aur bhi symptoms jaise extreme daytime sleepiness ya koi aur neurological symptoms appear hote hain, toh aapse kisi healthcare professional se consult karne ki salaah deta hoon.
