I had a carotid artery ultrasound. was referred because of many unexplained symptoms: vertigo, left arm/ leg weak (normal emg). Ultrasound showed high restrictive flow in vertebral arteries, everything else normal. 40% flow. Not offered treatment/ testing. Is there treatment?
