Abortion pill lene ke baad kuch dino tak bleeding aur cramps hona aam baat hai, lekin agar 5ve din bhi bahut zyada dard aur heavy bleeding ho rahi hai to aapko gynecologist se jaldi checkup karwana chahiye.
Dard ke liye aap Ibuprofen 400 mg khane ke baad le sakti hain (agar aapko allergy, kidney disease, stomach ulcer, ya doctor ne mana na kiya ho). Pet par garam heating pad rakhne se bhi rahat mil sakti hai.
Agar aap 1 ghante me 2 ya usse zyada pads poori tarah bhigo rahi hain aur ye 2 ghante se zyada chale, bahut bade clots aa rahe hain, chakkar aa rahe hain, behoshi jaisi lag rahi hai, bukhar hai, ya dard bahut severe hai, to turant emergency ya nearest hospital jaiye.
Aapki pregnancy kitne hafton ki thi aur abortion pill liye kitne din ho gaye hain? Ye jankari dene se aur sahi salah di ja sakti hai.

Kabhi-kabhi abortion ke baad uterus mein kuch tissue reh jata hai, jiski wajah se zyada dard aur bleeding ho sakti hai. Isliye sirf painkiller lekar isko ignore karna theek nahi rahega. Dard ke liye aap Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg khane ke baad le sakti hain, din mein 2-3 baar zarurat ke hisab se (agar aapko is dawa se allergy, kidney disease, severe gastritis ya ulcer ki problem na ho).
Lekin agar:
• 1 ghante mein 2 ya usse zyada pads poori tarah bheeg rahe hain,
• Chakkar aa rahe hain,
• Bukhar aa raha hai,
• Dard lagatar badh raha hai,
• Ya weakness bahut zyada ho rahi hai,
to turant kisi gynecologist ya najdeeki hospital mein dikhaiye.
Prescription/Advice:
• Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg – 1 tablet khane ke baad dard hone par.
• Adequate pani aur fluids leti rahen.
• Jitni jaldi ho sake gynecologist se consult karein.
