I am really stressed about this loose motion thing that started a few days ago. It all began after I had some street food that didn’t sit right with me, and now, no matter what I eat, I can’t seems to hold it in. I’m running to the bathroom like every hour! A friend told me that ajwain in loose motion can actually help, but I'm not really sure how to use it or if it even works. I mean, do I just chew on ajwain seeds or what? I tried some ginger tea and it helped a tiny bit, but someone else said ajwain in loose motion is the real deal. I googled it and found mixed opinions. Some say it can ease stomach upsets, while others sound skeptical. I keep wondering, how do I even prepare it? Should I mix it with other stuff? Can I just take it raw? Also, if ajwain in loose motion is supposed to be effective, how soon should I see results? I’m really hoping to get this under control before it gets worse or something. Just trying to figure out if ajwain is legit and how to incorporate it. Anyone have experience with using ajwain in loose motion?
