I am struggling to find the best juice for clear skin lately. A few weeks ago, I noticed my skin getting a bit more breakouts, which was really frustrating since I've always had pretty clear skin. I tried a couple of over-the-counter products, but honestly, they didn't do much. Then, I talked to a friend, and she mentioned some juice cleanses. I started drinking carrot and beet juice every morning — she said it's the best juice for clear skin. But I’m not sure if it’s really working, or if it’s just in my head! I mean, I want to believe that there’s a best juice for clear skin that I can actually make at home. I’ve also read things about how cucumber juice can help too. Anyone had experience with this? I think I’m kinda lost when it comes to how much juice I should drink daily or if I should mix different types. What do you guys think? Like, is there a specific combo that’s considered the best juice for clear skin? I've tried adding ginger and lemon too but can’t tell if that’s making a difference. Help!
