I am really concerned about my performance in bed lately. I’ve been with my partner for a couple of years, and honestly, things have been kinda awkward. One time I didn't even last 10 minutes, and it left me feeling totally embarrassed. We've talked about it, and I want to do better because I love her and don’t want her to feel unsatisfied. I’ve read a ton of articles on how to increase stamina in bed but nothing seems to work for me. I mean, I’m trying to eat better, and even started exercising, but I still get tired way too quick when it counts! Some buddies of mine mentioned that focusing on breathing and taking my time might help, but that kinda feels silly. I feel pressured to perform well, and then I end up feeling more anxious which I guess doesn’t help my stamina at all. If anyone has real advice on how to increase stamina in bed, I’m all ears – like, should I try different techniques?? Should I do more cardio or strength training or something? Or maybe even consider talking to a doc about this? Just don’t want to keep disappointing my partner, ya know?
