how to use coconut oil for hair growth - #22960

Pihu

I am dealing with this hair thinning issue lately, like it's been really frustrating and I want to try anything that might help. I read about how to use coconut oil for hair growth and it sounds pretty interesting. Like, I've seen friends rave about it but I just don't know if it actually works. A few weeks ago, I started noticing more hair on my pillow and when I wash my hair, it's like a whole handful comes out, which is scary!! I've tried other oils but they left my hair feeling greasy. Anyway, I just bought a jar of organic coconut oil because I heard it’s great for hair. How to use coconut oil for hair growth is my main question now! Should I apply it directly to my scalp or only on the ends?? And how long should I leave it in?? Sometimes I feel like I might be overdoing things. Should I wash it out after a few hours or leave it overnight? My hair also gets super oily if I do it too often, like how do I balance that? And do you think using coconut oil for hair growth would give me better results compared to other oils? I really want my hair to grow fuller and look healthier, and any tips on how to use coconut oil for hair growth would be super helpful. Ugh, I hope this works!
