what is the main reason for hair fall - #23073
I am dealing with this annoying hair fall problem lately, like, it’s really frustrating. A few months ago, I noticed more hair than usual on my brush and in the shower, which is just, ugh, terrible. I’ve tried different shampoos and oils, but nothing seems to really help, ya know? It's weird 'cause some days, it feels like my hair is just falling out and I can't figure out what is the main reason for hair fall in my case. I asked my friends, and they said stress could be a factor, but like, how much stress does it take, you know? I mean, I have a busy job but don't feel overly stressed. I also read that diet and nutrition play a huge role, but I try to eat healthy. I’m wondering, is there like, a specific test or something that can point out what is the main reason for hair fall? Or could it be hormonal? My mom had this issue too, but she said it was just a part of aging, but I am only in my early thirties! Anyway, what do doctors think about this? What can I do to really figure out what is the main reason for hair fall and maybe fix it? I would love any advice or personal experiences you could share.
