I am really struggling with this issue and need some advice on how can increase sex power. A few months back, everything was fine, and I felt confident in that area. But lately, there’s been a decline! I mean, I’ll be in the moment and suddenly feel like I just don’t have the stamina or drive like I used to. It’s super frustrating because my partner notices, and honestly, I feel kinda embarrassed. I read somewhere that stress and diet can play a big role, so I tried changing my eating habits and even hit the gym more frequently. But still no improvements! It’s like I’m taking one step forward and two steps back. I also heard that certain supplements can help, but how can I even know which ones are safe? And what about natural remedies, are they worth trying? Also, does age really play that much of a role? I’m not old but definitely not in my early twenties anymore! Please, I just want to know how can increase sex power again because I really miss feeling confident and intimate. Any insights or suggestions would be a huge help!
