I am really confused about this Zandu Nityam tablet how to use. A couple of weeks ago I started feeling really bloated and constipated, and my friend suggested I try it since she swears by it. I went to the store and picked up a pack, but the bottle didn't come with clear instructions. I usually take one in the morning with water like she said, but some days I forget, and then I think, am I supposed to take another dose later?
