I am wondering, what are the disadvantages of masturbation? I mean, I started noticing some things lately that kinda freak me out. Like, a few months ago I was just doing it casually, but now I feel like it’s kinda gotten out of hand. Sometimes I do it before bed, and then I wake up feeling really groggy, you know?
