I am a bit confused about something and hoping some of you can help me out. Basically, I’m 15 and all my friends are kinda taller than me, and I’ve been wondering if does masturbation increases height?? I mean, I know there’s a lot of talk about how stuff like diet and sleep can help with growing, but I’ve heard a few people mention that masturbation could somehow play a role too. Like, my older brother said he grew a ton after he started puberty or whatever, and he used to joke about it. But now I’m thinking, does masturbation increases height or is that just something people say? My mom's also told me to be careful with "too much", but I think she was more worried about other stuff. I started paying attention to how often I do it, and I don’t want to be doing anything that could be messing up my chance of growing taller! I guess I'm just looking for real info, not just rumors or high school chatter. Anyone got any advice on this? Does it really affect anything or is this just a myth?
