I am trying to understand what are side effects of masturbation because I’ve been feeling kinda off lately. Let me explain. For the past few months, I've been doing it more often than usual, like every day, sometimes more than once a day which is way more than I normally do. At first, it felt fine, but now I’m noticing these weird things. I feel kinda tired and my focus is out the window. It's like, even though I’m getting enough sleep, my energy levels just drop after.
