how to increase penish size - #23808

Shreya

I am honestly stressed out about this whole thing, and I need some real advice on how to increase penish size. I’ve gone through so many products and even watched countless videos, but nothing seems to work! A few months ago, I was on a date and felt super embarrassed. The whole time, I was just thinking about how to increase penish size, and I couldn't focus on anything else. I’ve tried the stretching exercises, and even some of the pills, but like, what am I doing wrong? My friends joke about it, and I try to brush it off, but it’s really affecting me. I’m in my mid-20s, healthy I think, but really anxious. The doc I visited suggested it's all in my head, but how to increase penish size feels like a mystery to me. Does anything really work? Or is this just something that society makes us worry about? Anyone have actual experiences or legit solutions? I mean, it feels kinda hopeless, and I’d love to hear from people who've really figured out how to increase penish size because I’m just tired of being so self-conscious.

Doctors' responses

First, it’s important to recognize that the concern over penis size is quite common among men, but often the anxiety may stem from perception rather than reality. Most strategies marketed for increasing penis size, like pills, pumps, and exercises, unfortunately lack scientific backing and could potentially harm rather than help. Surgical procedures exist but are only recommended in very specific medical situations and carry substantial risk for complications and dissatisfaction. The majority of men who seek these procedures often find that the results don’t meet their expectations and can lead to side effects like pain and scarring. If you’re exploring exercises such as jelqing or stretching, be cautions; there is limited evidence they effectively increase size, and they can cause injury if not done correctly. It’s worthwhile to assess whether your self-esteem concerns are predominantly driven by external pressures and to consider discussing these anxieties with a healthcare professional who can guide you toward understanding and addressing them constructively. Trying to boost your confidence by working on other aspects of physical fitness and mental health might help, as these can often improve your overall body image. A counselor or therapist who specializes in body image issues can be really beneficial in these situations. Also, it may be useful to reframe the focus from what society might push on you to personal well-being and satisfaction. Society often presents unrealistic standards which aren’t reflective of true personal or sexual value. Maintaining open communication with partners and focusing on mutual satisfaction rather than perceived shortcomings can significantly impact your intimate experiences in a positive manner.
