I am dealing with this awful stomach pain that just won’t go away, and honestly, it’s really starting to affect my daily life. Like, a week ago, I had a big lunch and afterwards it felt like I had a rock in my stomach, uncomfortable and just painful. I've tried different over-the-counter meds, but they don't seem to help. I've even been eating bland foods as I've read that might help, but there’s still this nagging feeling. I’m wondering how to cure stomach pain at home? I mean, are there tricks or remedies you guys know that really work? I read somewhere that ginger tea can help, but I've never tried it before. Does anyone have personal experience with how to cure stomach pain at home? Also, I've heard about using heat packs, but I'm not sure if that’s effective or if I'm just going to look silly sitting with a heating pad while binge-watching Netflix. 😅 Seriously though, it’s making me anxious. I just want to feel normal again! Anyone out there have tips or stories of how to cure stomach pain at home? Help!
