mustard oil is good for hair growth - #24587
I am really confused about this whole thing with mustard oil is good for hair growth. I’ve been struggling with thinning hair for a while now, and I hear all the time that mustard oil is good for hair growth. A friend suggested that I try massaging it on my scalp but I’m nervous, ya know? Like, how do I even use it? My hair gets so oily as it is, will it make it worse? I did a patch test on my arm before putting it on my scalp just to be safe, and didn’t have any irritation, but I can’t help but wonder if mustard oil is good for hair growth actually works or if it’s just another trend. My hair always feels dry even when I condition it, and honestly, I’ve tried so many products and nothing has worked. I read somewhere that it can also help with dandruff, and I have that problem too. How often should I be applying it? Also, is there any specific way to apply mustard oil is good for hair growth, like should I warm it up or mix it with anything else? I just don’t wanna mess it up. Kinda desperate over here!
