I am really trying to figure out what is the reason for hair loss that I’ve been dealing with lately. It started a few months ago, and at first, I thought it was just stress from my job. I mean, who doesn't lose a few strands, right? But it’s like, every time I shower or style my hair, I see so much more falling out than before! Like, my brush is full, and it’s really freakin’ me out. I mentioned it to my friend, and she said she had her thyroid checked when she was losing her hair, so now I'm wondering if that could be a factor for me too. I did some online digging and found tons of different things could cause this like genetics, diet, hormonal changes, etc. But seriously, what is the reason for hair loss that could be specific to me? I’m not really good with doctors and stuff, but should I get a blood test? Also, can hair loss be linked to anxiety? That’s been a big part of my life lately, or could it be something totally random? Like, could I just be overthinking this? I really just need some answers instead of going down a rabbit hole. Any thoughts?
