how to apply castor oil in belly button - #24900

Muhammad

I am really confused about how to apply castor oil in belly button. A few weeks ago, my grandma was telling me all about this old home remedy she swears by for digestion and skin issues. She said something like castor oil has magical properties, and I should try putting it in my belly button! I was like, wait, really? Is that a thing? Anyway, I looked it up and found some blogs saying that it could help with bloating and even some skin stuff, which I could use right now, I mean, I've been having this awful bloating after meals, feeling super uncomfortable, and my skin has been breaking out like crazy. But here’s the thing, like, how exactly do I go about this? Do I just put a few drops in there, or do I need to massage it or something? How long do I keep it there, and should I do it daily? Also, is it safe? I keep thinking about allergies and stuff, like, will it mess with my stomach more? Kind of worried about the whole situation, I'm already dealing with enough digestive problems without adding more on top! Like, can it really help? If anyone has tried this, I’d love some tips or personal experiences or advice on how to apply castor oil in belly button properly. Thanks in advance!
