I am really confused about some things surrounding masturbation. I mean, I’ve heard about it my whole life but recently, I've been reading online about the disadvantages of masturbating. Like, is it really that bad? A few weeks ago, I started feeling really guilty about it after talking to a friend who said there are serious drawbacks. I mean, I do it often, not like obsessively but like a couple times a week, normal, right? I've noticed sometimes I feel less motivated after, almost like it drains me? Is that a thing? I also heard that the disadvantages of masturbating might affect your sexual health, which freaks me out because I want to have a healthy relationship when the time comes. Plus, my friend talked about how it can impact your mental health too, which honestly makes me question everything. Are these disadvantages of masturbating true for everyone? Like, maybe I'm fine and it’s just my anxiety playing tricks on me? Really hope some of you guys can shed some light on this. Thanks!
