I am really curious and a bit worried about what are the side effects of masturbation. For the past few months, I started doing it more often, like maybe every day or sometimes even twice a day. At first, it felt great, but now I've noticed some changes. I’m having some weird discomfort down there and a bit of soreness after, which makes me wonder if I’m doing it too much? Friend told me that it's normal, but still, I can't help but question if there are long-term effects or something.
