I am feeling really overwhelmed here with how to recover from covid. I tested positive about two weeks ago and was hit hard with fever, chills, and this crazy persistent cough. I thought I was doing okay after a week, but then fatigue just hit me like a brick wall! Like, I can't even take a shower without needing a break afterward. I've tried drinking fluids and resting, which feels so boring but important, I guess? I also hear people mention breathing exercises help with how to recover from covid, but I’m not sure what those are or how to do them correctly. My friend told me about some vitamins and stuff, but I'm kinda worried what if they don’t help and I just end up wasting time and money? Honestly, I'm a little scared since I read about long covid and it freaking freaks me out! How can I make sure I'm doing everything right to fully recover from covid? Any tips or advice from you all who’ve dealt with this? I just really wanna get back to normal but I’m feeling like I'm stuck here. How to recover from covid feels like it should be simpler, right?
