I am really worried about trying raisin water, ya know? Heard people saying it’s a miracle drink or something, but I can’t shake this uncertain feeling. My neighbor swears by it and says it cleared up her skin in no time. I tried it for a few days ‘cause I read it’s supposed to help with digestion too, but man, I started feeling kinda funny. Like, I had this mild stomach cramp and just felt a bit off, maybe it was just me, but then I Googled “raisin water side effects” and wow, it’s like a whole list popped up. Some people mention headaches and nausea, and others talk about, like, crazy blood sugar spikes or something. I’m no expert, but I thought raisins were supposed to be good for you overall??
