Hello

Aapke symptoms—chakkar aana, haath-pairon mein severe dard, padhai ke dauraan neend aana, aur periods ka late hona—yeh sab milkar kuch important health issues ki taraf ishara karte hain. Yeh problems aksar stress, nutritional deficiencies (jaise iron, vitamin D, B vitamins, magnesium), ya hormonal imbalance (jaise thyroid ya PCOS) ki wajah se ho sakte hain.

### Sambhavit Karan - Iron ya Vitamin Deficiency: Iron, vitamin D, B12 ki kami se thakan, dard, chakkar, aur periods irregular ho sakte hain. - Hormonal Imbalance: Thyroid ya PCOS jaise hormonal problems bhi yeh symptoms de sakte hain. - Stress aur Lifestyle: UPSC ki tayari ka stress, kam physical activity, aur sahi diet na lena bhi asar karta hai.

### Kya Karna Chahiye? 1. Doctor se Blood Test Karwayein: CBC, iron studies, vitamin D, vitamin B12, thyroid function, aur hormonal profile jaise tests zaroori hain. 2. Diet Mein Yeh Shamil Karein: - Iron-rich foods: Palak, chana, anaar, jaggery, dal. - Vitamin D: Dhoop mein 15-20 min rahiye, dudh, dahi, anda. - B vitamins: Whole grains, anda, sprouts, nuts. - Magnesium: Badam, kaju, sabziyaan. 3. Stress Kam Karein: Rozana thoda walk, yoga, ya meditation karein. 4. Neend aur Hydration: 7-8 ghante ki neend aur din bhar mein 2-3 litre paani peena zaroori hai.

Thank you

Your symptoms of occasional dizziness, pain in the hands and legs, sleepiness while studying, reduced appetite, and irregular menstrual cycles for more than 6 months may be related to nutritional deficiencies and general weakness. In many young women, these symptoms are commonly associated with Iron Deficiency Anemia, which can cause dizziness, fatigue, body pain, poor concentration, and irregular periods. Another possible factor is Vitamin D Deficiency, which may lead to hand and leg pain and tiredness. Improving your diet may help significantly—try to include iron-rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, jaggery, dates, lentils, eggs, and beans; protein sources like milk, curd, paneer, and nuts; and spend some time in sunlight daily for vitamin D. Regular meals, adequate water intake, and proper sleep are also important. It would be helpful to get simple blood tests like CBC (hemoglobin), vitamin D, and thyroid function to confirm if any deficiency is present so that the correct vitamins or supplements can be taken under medical guidance.

Aapke symptoms aksar weakness, stress ya body me vitamins ki kami ki wajah se ho sakte hai. Meri salah-

1. Roz proper khana khayein – green vegetables, fruits, dal, eggs, milk, nuts.

2. Iron rich foods lein jaise palak, chukandar, gur, dates (khajoor).

3. Roz 7–8 ghante ki neend zaroor lein.

4. Lagatar padhai na karein, 45–50 minute padhai ke baad 10 minute break lein.

5. Roz 15–20 minute walking ya light exercise karein.

Ye blood tests karwaye-CBC, FT3 FT4 TSH.

Ye supplements bhi shuru karein- - Tab. Iron + Folic Acid roz ek tablet × 1 month. - Tab. Vit-D3 60k saptah mai ek tablet × 1 month. - Tab. B-Complex roz ek tablet × 1 month. - 1 month ke baad re-consult kijiyega, in supplements ke response check karne ke liye.

Doctor ko jarur visit karein agar: Chakkar zyada aane lage. Bahut zyada weakness ho. Periods 2–3 mahine tak na aaye.

Agar body me sirf vitamin ya iron ki kami hogi to proper diet aur treatment se aksar symptoms kuch hafton me improve ho jate hain.

Hello

Your symptoms may be due to low blood levels or vitamin deficiency, especially Anemia, which can cause dizziness, tiredness, body pain, and sleepiness while studying. Irregular periods may be related to Irregular Menstruation or hormonal imbalance.

What you should do: • Get blood tests: Hemoglobin, Iron, Vitamin B12, and Vitamin D • Eat nutritious foods (green vegetables, fruits, eggs, lentils) • Maintain proper sleep and hydration • If periods continue to be irregular for 2–3 months, consult a doctor.

Thank you

Considering your symptoms—you mentioned dizziness, hand pain, irregular periods, and fatigue when studying—it’s possible that there might be an underlying nutritional deficiency or imbalance contributing to these issues. Common deficiencies like iron or vitamin B12 could cause dizziness and fatigue. Low iron levels, or anemia, can also lead to irregular periods and sometimes causes pain due to muscle fatigue. A blood test can help determine if you’re deficient in any of these nutrients and if supplementation is necessary. Irregular periods can also be influenced by stress, hormonal imbalances or weight changes, so consider if any of these might be impacting your cycle. It’s important to keep a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetables, lean meats, beans, and fortified cereals to ensure sufficient iron and B vitamins. Also, ensure adequate hydration and regular sleep patterns, as these can affect energy levels and concentration. For now, you could start by taking an iron supplement and possibly a multi-vitamin, but it would be safer after consulting a healthcare professional for tailored advice. If hand pain persists or worsens, it might need further evaluation, which could involve looking into repetitive strain injuries or other musculoskeletal issues. Experiencing dizziness alongside these symptoms certainly warrants a check-up to rule out any more serious conditions or ensure there’s no need for additional interventions.

Aapko 6 mahine se chakkar, haath-pair dard, neend aana aur periods delay ho rahe hain — yeh anemia (iron ki kami), Vitamin B12/D deficiency, thyroid problem ya hormonal imbalance ki wajah se ho sakta hai, especially reduced appetite ke saath. Please consult a Physician (MD Medicine) aur Gynecologist se milkar CBC, Iron profile, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, TSH, aur BP check karwayein. Tab tak iron-rich food (palak, chana, gur, anar), protein (anda, dal, doodh), 2–3 litre paani aur proper sleep lein, lekin bina test ke medicines start na karein — specialist consultation zaroor karein.
