yogesh shetye - #27722

Ayaan

I am feeling really confused and honestly kinda worried. A few months ago, I started noticing this persistent pain in my lower back, and after suffering for weeks, I finally decided to see a doctor. They sent me for an MRI, and the results showed some degenerative issues with my spine. Then, a friend mentioned this physical therapist named Yogesh Shetye who had helped her with similar problems. I looked him up and, wow, he seems to have a lot of experience, like with spinal issues and stuff. But, I wonder if I should go to someone like Yogesh Shetye, or should I stick to my current treatment plan? I mean, my physical therapist isn't bad, but I'm not seeing much improvement. And I hear differing opinions about these alternative therapies. Has anyone here actually worked with Yogesh Shetye or knows about his methods? Like, does he really focus on spine rehabilitation, or is it just a gimmick? I feel like I’m running out of options here and just want to feel normal again. I'm just worried about choosing the wrong path, ya know? Like, should I keep pushing through this current therapy or try something new with Yogesh Shetye? Any insights would help, thanks!
