Chief problem is pain and appearance However surgery is mandatory but as per clinical history it seems elective only After minor treatment You can revert back to sports I suggest you to please get in person consultation with sound surgeon or orthopedic surgeon for better clarity and for safety please donot take any medication without consulting the concerned physician Regards
