I am really curious about this whole thing with dahi being good for health. My best friend swears by it and says it’s magic for digestion and overall wellness. Like, she eats it every day. I tried adding some dahi to my diet a few weeks ago and it felt like a good change, but now I’m wondering if it’s really as awesome as people say. I’ve been dealing with some stomach issues and was hoping dahi could help with that. Then, I started thinking, does it actually contain the right probiotics that I need? I've read about how dahi is good for health but what does that actually mean? Is dahi good for health when you have lactose intolerance? I mean, I tried regular yogurt before and it didn’t really go well, if you know what I mean… Does the fermentation process make the lactose less of a problem? Ugh, I also worry that maybe I’m just imagining the benefits because I want to feel better. Can too much dahi cause issues? I feel like I need some real advice here or maybe I'm just overthinking it.
