is ragi java good for weight loss - #28020
I am trying to shed some pounds and came across this thing called ragi java. I mean, I’ve heard people talk about it like it's some magical potion or w/e. I had a friend who lost weight just by adding ragi java to her breakfast routine, and I thought, why not give it a shot? So, I've been drinking it for a week now, but I'm curious, is ragi java good for weight loss or is it just another trendy thing? My mornings have been kinda busy, and it actually fills me up, so I skip the heavy stuff. But seriously, does it really help? I’ve also read somewhere that ragi is high in fiber, which can be great, but how exactly does that contribute to weight loss? Like, I'm not sure if I’m seeing any results yet, and maybe I’m just impatient, but some days I feel like I could eat a whole pizza after! Does anyone have any personal experience with ragi java? Is it helping people actually lose weight, or could it just be hype? Really wanting to know if I should keep this in my routine or try something else. Hope to hear from you guys soon!
