I am really confused about poongar rice side effects. A few weeks ago, I started incorporating poongar rice into my diet because I've heard it's super healthy and has great benefits like being good for digestion and energy. But after eating it for about a week, I've started experiencing some bloating and weird stomach cramps. I don't know if it's just me or if poongar rice side effects are actually common? The cramps can be pretty intense at times, and I’ve had to skip meals which is not fun! Also, I noticed that I feel a bit lethargic after meals. It’s just odd because I've read soooo much about how poongar rice is supposed to be fantastic for your health. Honestly, am I allergic or intolerant or maybe I’m just not digesting it well? I'm not sure if I should just stop eating it altogether or try to adjust the portion. Has anyone experienced similar poongar rice side effects? Would love to know if there’s a way to enjoy it without all these unwanted effects. Trying to figure this out before it gets worse!
