I am really curious about the international yoga day 2025 theme because this year, I actually tried to participate for the first time. Last June, I joined a local class and it was amazing! But then, I started wondering what the international yoga day 2025 theme will be. Like, will it have something to do with what we learned this year? Our instructor kept talking about mindfulness and how it connects to yoga but I kinda lost track when she mentioned some global initiative. I really want to know if the theme will focus on that or maybe something different?! I read somewhere that themes can inspire people like me to deepen our practice and I want to be ready. Also, I have this friend who is really into yoga, but she mentioned the international yoga day 2025 theme might also include sustainability? I just don’t get how that connects to yoga, honestly. Should I be doing something different in my practice based on whatever the theme is? I feel a bit overwhelmed but also excited to leverage this theme to improve my yoga experience!
