orthonext - #28529
I am a bit worried about these foot pains I’ve been having for a while now. At first, I thought it was just from standing too long at work - I'm a barista, so I'm on my feet for like 8 hours straight! But now, it kind of feels like, I dunno, deeper than that? My doctor recommended orthonext after I explained that my arches hurt and sometimes my toes tingle, especially after my shifts. This started about two months ago, and honestly, it’s getting harder to keep up with my duties. I tried some home remedies, icing, foot stretches, but I feel like something’s off. I keep reading online about orthonext helping with foot and even lower back issues, which I think could be related since I put pressure on my feet all day. Have any of you guys tried orthonext or know someone who has? Like, is it painful or just uncomfortable at first? I feel like I’m missing something because my symptoms haven’t just gone away, ya know? Also, how long does it normally take to feel better after starting orthonext therapy? I’m seriously considering it, but I’m nervous about the commitment and the time involved. Any experiences or advice would be really appreciated!
