Headache and head heaviness due to tinnitus - #29375
I am dealing with this really annoying issue where I get these frequent headaches and this feeling of heaviness in my head, and I think it’s all connected to my tinnitus. Like, a few months ago, I started hearing this constant ringing in my ears, and since then, these headaches have just gotten worse! I mean, the heaviness feels like there's a weight just pressing down on me, and sometimes it even makes it hard to concentrate on anything. At first, I thought, maybe it's just stress or lack of sleep, but now I’m worried it might be more serious cause the headaches come and go, and the ringing is always there. I did see a doctor who suggested it might be related to my tinnitus, but they didn’t really explain how that's even possible. Has anyone else had headaches and head heaviness due to tinnitus?
