Does having a varicocele increase the risk of epididymal congestion in young men? - #29957
I’m 18 and previously had surgery for testicular torsion. Ultrasounds now show bilateral varicocele. I get aching testicular pain after prolonged arousal without ejaculation, especially during intimacy. The pain fades after some time and imaging hasn’t shown anything else abnormal. Symptoms are very consistent with epidermal congestion (blue balls). Does varicocele Increase the risks ofepidermal congestion?
