What causes blood in semen and is it normal to have thick white fluid after urination? - #30273
Age: 32 years I have noticed blood in semen around 4 times in the last 3–4 years. At first, the semen had fresh red blood for 1–2 ejaculations. After that, semen became rust/brown colored for around 5–6 ejaculations and then became normal again. I do not have pain during ejaculation, no injury, no rough sex, and I do not take blood thinner medicines. Sometimes I notice thick white fluid at the end of urination. There is no bad smell, no blood in urine, no fever, and no major burning while urinating. Long gaps between masturbation/sex are common before some episodes. I do not smoke or drink alcohol, and there is no family history of prostate problems, diabetes, or high blood pressure.
