Can I stop taking my thyroid medication now that my TSH level is 1.61 after pregnancy?

Client_d1840d

"I got thyroid during my pregnancy time. My TSH level was 5. Then the doctor suggested a 25 mcg tablet. After taking the tablet, I got it tested two times and it came back as 2. Now, 2 months after delivery, I got it checked without taking the tablet and it has come back as 1.61. Can I stop the tablet now, or how should I take the dosage? Please suggest."
