A 28 year female has ige level 310 whereas normal for lab is below 64. She has complaint of black marks left on every wound. Wound recovers very late. With normal cbc normal blood sugar hba1c 3.4 normal lft and kft. Doctor said she has eczema as well. Doctor said food allergn test is not reliable.what should be evaluated next?
