1.Increase frequency of Nurse/pump every 2-3 hours, not every 5 hrs. 3. Incorporate power pumping once daily for the next few days. 4. Pump after nursing sessions to ensure full emptying. 5. Stay hydrated and well-nourished. 6. Try to rest and reduce stress.
