I am really getting worried about my health lately. Last month, I started feeling this weird heaviness in my upper right abdomen, just under my ribs. At first, I thought maybe I just ate too much or something, but it didn't go away. I went to my doctor, and after some tests, they mentioned my liver could be overworked. They brought up this thing called liver cleansing therapy and said it might help, but I'm kinda confused. How does liver cleansing therapy actually work? I've read mixed info online—some say it's beneficial, others say it’s all just a waste of time!! I tried looking into what kind of diets or supplements I could take for liver cleansing therapy, but with all the conflicting advice, I’m not sure what's safe or really effective. I mean, should I be ditching sugar and alcohol completely? What about juicing?? I saw some detox drinks advertised and I just don’t know if those would even do anything. Has anyone else done liver cleansing therapy? Did it help? What did you do? I just don’t want to mess around with my health without understanding more about this whole liver cleansing therapy thing. Just feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed, honestly. Any experiences or insights would be super helpful!
