I am kinda worried about my digestion lately. For the past few weeks, I've been feeling really bloated and just heavy after meals. My friend told me about a way how to clean your stomach in one day and I'm like, really? Is that even possible? So anyway, I tried drinking just lemon water and green tea yesterday, thinking it could help, but I felt kinda jittery all day. I've also heard of cleansing diets out there but don't know what actually works. I mean, can you really clear out your stomach in a day? Is it safe? Just last month, I did a detox juice thing for three days and I thought I felt better after it, but I’ve been back to feeling sluggish again. I've been eating healthier overall but sometimes it's like my stomach gets really grumpy. Have any of you ever tried this method of how to clean your stomach in one day?
