I am dealing with a pretty annoying situation right now, and I really need some help. Like, just last night, I had dinner that didn’t sit well with me. It was spicy and I kinda knew better but thought 'why not?' Anyway, around midnight, I started getting these terrible cramps, and then it all went downhill from there.
